Contract Lab shall perform analysis on aqueous and solid samples from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. - Contract Lab shall perform the analysis/analyses as scheduled by the City of Sumter to meet the requirement of its NPDES permit and General Pretreatment Program. - Contract Lab shall provide appropriate sample bottles to the City of Sumter and deliver properly preserved sample bottles within one week of receiving a request from the City of Sumter. - Contract Lab shall analyze the sample and email a certified lab report to the City of Sumter within 14 days of sample pickup. - Contract Lab shall provide routine sample pick up on Tuesdays and Thursdays and be available for *non-routine pickup within 24 hours (*list this cost separately when bidding – SEE PAGES 2 AND 7-10 ). - Contract Lab shall be certified by SCDHES to perform each analysis or must use a certified lab for the analysis. Please provide certification information with bid for your lab and any lab that will be used to perform analyses.
