Task 1: Demographic Analysis Conduct a comprehensive review of the District's enrollment projections, as prepared by Woolpert, to evaluate future facility needs based on anticipated growth. Assess existing school sites to determine current capacity and potential requirements. The Facility Master Plan (FMP) shall address the following: • Expansion or contraction of existing sites • Analysis and optimization of relocatable classrooms • Assessment of existing site conditions and required improvements Task 2: Facilities Needs Assessment Provide site visits and site meetings, program confirmation, community outreach meetings, future facility needs master planning. Provide Final Facilities Master Plan for each site. Review the 2022 MVUSD Facilities Needs Assessment and supplement any missing information to develop a thorough actionable master plan. This assessment shall include, but is not limited to, the following key areas: • Compliance with building codes and ADA accessibility requirements • Fire and life safety considerations • Playground safety standards • Structural integrity of buildings • Site utilities and infrastructure • Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and structural system evaluations • Site safety concerns • Technology infrastructure The conditions of all systems at each facility shall be documented, along with prioritized recommendations for repair, replacement, and upgrades. A phased funding approach shall be implemented, with needs prioritized.
