Hamilton County Tourism, Inc. in partnership with the City of Noblesville seeks visionary planning proposals from a multi-disciplinary team with varied expertise in all facets of tourism economic development including architecture, planning, attraction feasibility, market demand, and place branding. The study area is defined as I-69 to the south, Boden Road to the west, Cyntheanne Road to the east including the Innovation Mile development, and 166th Street to the north to include Finch Creek Park. This team will develop a plan to connect existing assets, identify opportunity including tourism attractions to fill in gaps, create walkability and vibrancy, and develop a brand to best position and market the district.
