Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Clean Windows. Apply consolidates to the window bottom rails and where it is needed on exterior window jambs and sills; replace damaged window putty (high lead concentration); apply epoxy filler to repair the damaged wood; install dutchman and replacement members where needed: replace old sealant (asbestos containing) around all the perimeter of all the windows; stabilize loose and flaking paint (high lead concentration) and apply 100% acrylic paint to the exterior of all window frames including the window sills, the bottom of operable sash to the inside corners of the windows, and the window sashes in their entirety. Sand and Stain exterior side of all wood doors on the ground floor west and south elevations. There will be two phases. Phase 1 will be ~90% of the scope and phase 2 will be the remaining ~10%. Phase 1 can tentatively starts on 6/23/25 and to be completed in 60 days. Phase 2 can tentatively start on 07/07/25 and to be completed in 30 days. Phase 1 work and Phase 2 work can be done concurrently
