1. The Contractor shall be required to have one (1) Project Manager overseeing the project for the duration of the Work. 2. The Contractor shall be required to have a minimum of one (1), full-time, non-working, Site Superintendent on-site daily for the duration of the Work. a. The Site Superintendent shall be on-site daily until the punch list work is 100% complete. 3. Additional site supervision as necessitated by the project conditions shall be at the Contractor's discretion. 4. The Contractor shall promote disciplined work and appropriate behavior among employees and expect Sub-Contractors to perform similarly. Do not employ on Project: a. Unfit persons. b. Persons not skilled in assigned tasks. B. Project Communications: 1. Communications by all key project personnel shall be by voice via telephone and/or mobile device, instant messaging via mobile device and/or computer, email via mobile device and/or computer, and electronic document submittal service via moblie device and/or computer. C. The Contractor shall provide and pay for the following to execute and complete the Work unless specifically noted otherwise: 1. All labor, materials, and equipment necessary 2. All tools, construction equipment, and machinery. 3. Temporary water, heat and other utilities required for construction. 4. Other facilities and services.
