The current equipment needs to be removed and replaced with the installation of 20 Rack Full-size Combi Oven. This will meet health department for Food Safety codes and be on compliance. All equipment must be pressure tested and to assure correct operation of all equipment. Guarantee of Work Performed; Provide a two (2) year warranty for the labor, parts, repair, replacement, and installation for equipment installed. Provide records of installation, warranties, and maintenance guidelines.
