The Yuba County Water Agency (Agency) is issuing a Request For Quotations (RFQ) in search of qualified contractors (bidder) to provide the removal of designated trees, within our property boundaries at 2711 Highway 20, Marysville, CA 95901. Services will include tree removal, stump grinding, and the hauling and disposal of all debris. SCOPE OF WORK; a. Removal of 35 trees: 15 mulberries and 1 unknown type of tree along the Southside of driveway, 14 liquid ambers on the North side of the house, 2 fruit trees on the East end of the shop, 1 modesto ash between the barn and the shop, 1 mulberry on the West end of the house and a large grouping of banana palms on the North side of the house, as identified on exhibit A. b. Verify local regulations and obtain required permits for tree removal if necessary. c. Conduct a risk assessment to evaluate potential hazards. d. Implement safety measures for tree removal to protect persons and property. e. Use appropriate removal methods for the trees based on the size, condition and location. f. Grind down tree stumps to below ground level. g. Fill and level the ground post-removal to restore the site for future use. h. Remove and transport all the tree debris, including logs, branches and stump remnants to an approved waste management or recycling facility. Requirements; a. Contractor to check local regulations for required approvals. b. Evaluate hazards, including proximity to buildings, roads and power lines. c.
