San Bernardino Community College District (SBCCD) is seeking proposals from qualified SUBCONTRACTORS who can administer a program for HVAC, Boiler, and Chiller Equipment Services, including maintenance and repair, for its San Bernardino Valley College (SBVC) campus. All services are to be scheduled and coordinated with the campus at least 7 days prior to arrival on campus. • All equipment is to be serviced per equipment manufacturer recommendations or frequency prescribed by SBVC staff. • All Contracted services are to be conducted in continuous time frames, unless an emergency would prohibit the completion of services.
