5.1 Contractor’s Responsibilities 5.1.1 Web-Based Platform Features The solution shall: • Provide a secure, browser-accessible system with City-approved role-based access control (RBAC). • Deliver a modern, responsive interface optimized for desktop and mobile users. • Allow for manual and automated data pulls from third-party listing sites 5.1.2 Data Collection and Listing Scraping The solution shall: • Scrape STR listing platforms in real time (minimum: daily updates). • Extract listing details including: o Property photos, calendar, rates, booking windows, occupancy limits o Host contact info and account metadata (if publicly available) o Rental costs and related charges (e.g. cleaning fees) o Ratings and reviews o Listing descriptions, amenities, and policies o Check in/check out times, o Bedroom and bathroom counts o Geo-referenced addresses, including unit numbers and parcel overlays o URL/Web Address
