1. The Contractor is responsible for continuously meeting the requirements specified in this solicitation and should not need to be prompted or reminded by the DMV about any contract requirements. 2. Lawn care and grounds maintenance includes all exterior areas of the DMV property. Areas to be maintained include all grass areas, mulched areas, flowers, shrubs, trees, parking lots, drainage ditches, walkways, driveways, retention basins and any other area(s) not specifically mentioned but located within the property. 3. On-site storage will not be provided. All equipment must be maintained in good operating condition, be of sufficient quantities to adequately perform all services and must be available at the time of service. As applicable, all equipment must be OSHA certified and/or meet all OSHA requirements. 4. The monthly price shall include all tasks and services required to meet the specifications for lawn care and grounds maintenance services described in the RFP documents, unless otherwise noted.
