Reservoir Caulking Services are required at various CCWD treated water reservoir sites. These caulking services will be provided by an appropriately certified and licensed commercial caulking application company. Caulking materials for the project have been specified below per the attached specification sheet(s). The reservoir sites to be caulked will be determined after the emptying and visual inspection has occurred. A. Furnish all necessary materials, equipment, incidentals and needed labor necessary to install caulking sealant and related materials in the construction joints of various reservoirs to be identified by the Project Manager and or Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Supervisor. B. The work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Work to be conducted in a confined space environment. 2. Caulking sealing exists construction joints in the various reservoirs with non-sag type caulking sealant. 3. Sealing intersection of floor joints with walls with special sealant system 4. Removal coordination operation of existing Caulking sealant to be disposed of according to Local, State and all Federal regulations and guidelines.
