The Scope for this project includes but, is not limited to: Demolish and dispose of existing marquees at San Ysidro Adult School (SYA), Chula Vista Adult School (CVA) and National City Adult School (NCA). Construct new support structures and install new contractor furnished NEVCO marquees, one at each school (SYA, CVA and NCA). Construction and installation of the marquees will include new footings, steel support columns, welding, electrical, low voltage, IT coordination, concrete cutting and sidewalk replacement. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, accessories, appliances, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation, applicable taxes and services necessary for, and incidental to, performing all operations to complete this project as detailed in the drawings, specifications and requirements of this Bid Package and/or specified herein, unless specifically excluded.
