A. Pumping: 1) Pump out the entire contents of the 1,500-gallon grease interceptor tank. 2) Pump out all contents of the 55-gallon grease tank. B. Cleaning: 1) Pressure wash the interior walls and floor of the 1,500-gallon tank (minimum 140°F water) to remove all grease and debris. 2) Vacuum pump all residue generated during cleaning. 3) Hydro-jet the inlet and outflow pipes of the 1,500-gallon tank to ensure unobstructed flow. C. Disposal: 1) Transport and dispose of all waste at a licensed facility per 3 CCR 1180.20 et seq. (Title 3. Division 2. Chapter 4. Subchapter 2. Article 42). 2) Provide a waste disposal manifest to the CM before departing the site, including: Date and time of disposal. Volume and weight of yellow grease and brown grease disposed.
