Remove approximately 12,360 sq. ft. of existing shingles, 2,454 square feet of roofing on low slope, underlayment, roof edging, counter flashing, nails, etc. Contractor shall repair any damage to substrate. Remove and replace all existing fascia with new 2 x 8 (nominal) kiln-dried spruce fascia. Remove and replace all existing soffit vents. Install new roof vents as per plans and specifications. Install new roofing system as per specifications and architectural plans. Roofing installers to be GAF Master Elite Roofing Contractor. All work shall be governed by the architectural plans and specifications as approved by the Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM). (Contractor shall be responsible for all final measurements).
