RFP #08-162 - CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR BARTON ROAD WATER TREATMENT PLANT WASH WATER RECLAMATION BASINS 1 AND 2 REPLACEMENT PROJECTThe City of Roseville Environmental Utilities Department intends to replace two wash water reclamation basins at the Barton Road Water Treatment Plant (BRWTP). The city is currently working with an engineering firm for professional engineering design for this project. The city is soliciting proposals from qualified professional engineering and construction management firms for Construction Management (CM) Services for this project. This will be a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities (hereinafter “Consultants(s)”), that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals (hereinafter “RFP”) and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate. A Design-Assist contracting agreement will be used to construct Barton Road Water Treatment Plant Wash Water Reclamation Basins 1 and 2 Replacement Project (hereinafter “Project”).
