a) Successful Respondent shall provide to CPA the Software License and Related Services as listed in Price Schedule 1, Section IV (Mandatory Price Sheet) that are accepted by CPA. b) Successful Respondent shall provide to CPA the Optional Features, Products or Services, if any, listed in Price Schedule 2, Section IV (Mandatory Price Sheet) that are accepted by CPA. c) Hosting Services. Successful Respondent shall provide Hosting Services for each SaaS Licensed Software application listed in Price Schedule 1, Section IV (Mandatory Price Sheet) and, as applicable, any Optional Features, Products, or Services listed in Price Schedule 2, Section IV (Mandatory Price Sheet) that are accepted by CPA.
