1. Observation, evaluation, research, diagnosis, surgical procedure and treatment of various skin conditions such as, but not limited to acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin infections, facial and body hair, allergic reactions, skin lesions, cysts, growths, melanoma and skin cancer of prospective and or current City of Elizabeth Employees, recruits, new hires for Emergency Medical Services, Fire and Police Department and present Fire and Police Department personnel; 2. Fitness for duty examinations; 3. Any other Dermatological observation, evaluation, diagnosis, procedure and or treatment that may be deemed necessary and appropriate in concurrence by the City of Elizabeth supervisory personnel; 4.
