At the request of TDI, Contractor must review insurance rate filings for any and all lines of business which require filed rates in Texas, including, but not limited to, fire, allied, inland marine, homeowners, auto, workers’ compensation, business-owners, general liability, commercial multiperil, mortgage guaranty, and credit. TDI will provide a deadline when requesting Contractor’s services. In its Business Proposal (see Section IV, Part I, Item 5), Respondent must demonstrate the knowledge and experience related to the development and review of rate filings. At the request of TDI, Contractor must review, develop, modify, and inform TDI of its findings on Texas statistical reporting requirements and quality control practices/procedures related to the following lines of business, among others: fire, allied, inland marine, homeowners, auto, workers’ compensation, fidelity and surety, business-owners, general liability, commercial multi-peril, mortgage guaranty, medical professional liability, and title. TDI will provide a deadline when requesting Contractor’s services. In its Business Proposal (see Section IV, Part I, Item 5), Respondent must demonstrate experience in reviewing, developing, and modifying statistical reporting requirements. Expert Testimony (If required) Contractor may provide testimony in contested cases involving rate filings, form filings, market conduct, solvency, or other regulatory matters of interest to TDI.
