This project includes improvements to an unimproved City access road to the south fork of the Arroyo Conejo from Calle Las Trancas, as well as the construction of a new manhole structure over an existing 30-inch diameter wastewater pipeline in the canyon. Needed services shall include but not be limited to: coordination with City operations and City engineering staff; research/review of the record drawings and site conditions; conduct of the required biological and environmental field assessment services to support the required CEQA environmental document; development of the appropriate environmental study document (likely a Mitigated Negative Declaration); attendance at monthly coordination meetings as needed with the City’s Project Manager, coordination of and attendance at a workshop to provide the draft recommendations; incorporation of the draft recommendations into a final project environmental alternatives analysis document; preparation of and assistance with the required regulatory permit documents.
