Contractor shall provide monthly maintenance and services per request for one (1) Glunz & Jensen Platewriter 8000, Serial #1006747100 with Dongles Plate Processor. Maintenance/services shall include the following: A. Monthly Maintenance: 1. Replacing the gum/finisher solution. 2. Running the gum rinse program. 3. Cleaning of the gum/finisher and wash rollers. 4. Check and test mechanical components. 5. Run nozzle cleaning and print target. B. Software Support as requested: 1. Xitron Navigator Harlequin RIP 8.3 Software. C. Unscheduled/Emergency Services as requested: 1. Contractor shall provide unlimited unscheduled/emergency service calls and phone support upon CHP request. 2. Contractor shall provide unlimited unscheduled/emergency on-site support services upon CHP request. 3. Exclusions: Replacement of the print engine, printhead, operator misuse, and loss or theft of Dongle or other parts.
