Contractor shall conduct an annual safety inspection and certification on one (1) Snorkel UL 32 DC vertical lift, one (1) JLG 20MVL lift, one (1) SkyJack Scissor Lift, and one (1) Clark CMP18 Forklift. Each year for three (3) years. Contractor is responsible for the transportation of equipment to and from the building where the equipment is located for inspection and certification purposes. Contractor shall provide repair services to ensure equipment is fully operational. Annual Inspection and Certification SkyJack SCISSOR LIFT Annual Machine Inspection The Contractor shall refer to Exhibit A, Attachment 1 for items that must be inspected, in addition to the items described herein. FUNCTIONS and CONTROLS Inspect all of the joystick and/or toggle controls and ensure they return to “off” or neutral position when released. Inspect the controls to ensure that they lock in place properly. Inspect the condition of control enclosures and protective boots and/or guards. Inspect the emergency stop switches at the ground and platform control stations to ensure that the switches are operating properly Inspect the lift, drive, and speed cut-outs to ensure proper operation. Inspect the manual descent and/or auxiliary power system to ensure proper operation. Inspect the function enabled system to ensure proper operation. (Disables functions within 3 seconds). (If equipped) Inspect brakes to ensure proper operation.
