It is expected that provision of these services will involve significant professional skill, judgement, and discretion. Therefore, the below scope items are non-inclusive and may be subject to negotiation. a. Staff coordination, detailed discussion and explanation of project public engagement strategies and processes, calendar, and presentation preparation and submission for the Centennial School District Board of Directors and other groups, as necessary (anticipate multiple meetings with each group) b. Building and Site Design. Draft and plot site plans that illustrate needed building improvement across the District; Sketch renderings of new or renovated facilities to give our community a visual aid. c. Develop overall project timeline, project facilitation and guidance on governance structure d. Review previous facilities assessments, long-range planning information and studies, the District’s recently adopted strategic plan, current enrollment and capacity information and current school boundary information e. Information and Messaging Support including materials development, updates, communications, talking points, fact sheets and FAQ/Q&A materials. Develop and provide additional materials to accompany the planning process to provide transparency throughout the process including culturally responsive engagement and outreach strategies that are inclusive of multilingual, historically underserved, and low-trust communities. f. Develop interim messaging to support engagement with Centennial School District stakeholders including quantitative survey and qualitative focus groups and/or meetings build around key constituencies including students, staff, parents and community g. Coordinate and align the process with the Strategic Plan h. Assist in development and review of potential long-range facility recommendation
