The following areas are to be renovated. Auditorium Kitchen The Auditorium will need designs for the ceiling, data systems, electrical, doors, emergency signage, flooring, portable furniture, lighting, fire sprinkler system, storage, and walls. The Auditorium has a front entranceway that starts on a concrete sidewalk. The concrete sidewalk and surrounding areas will need to be replaced for the full length of the Auditorium’s outer wall. The Auditorium has a sunken structure design that will need to be filled in with concrete to make the floor level and ADA accessible. The Kitchen will need designs for appliances, cabinets, ceiling, data systems, electrical, doors, emergency signage, flooring, furniture, lighting, fire sprinkler system, plumbing, storage and walls. The Kitchen has a custodian closet to store cleaning products and a drain inside a mop sink.
