The Contractor shall provide comprehensive turnkey solutions for the properties based on the designated project type, covering all aspects from design and permitting to construction and closeout. This includes providing all necessary stamped engineering drawings and specifications, and adhering to all relevant local, state, and federal codes and regulations, including building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and FEMA guidelines. The Contractor is also required to provide detailed, scaled drawings that include all necessary dimensions, details, materials, and specifications. Furthermore, the contractor must review the Elevate Florida program provided inspection assessments and reports, coordinating with the assigned third-party inspectors as necessary to integrate their input and feedback into the design drawings. The Contractor will obtain all required permits and coordinate inspections with local authorities and third-party inspectors and surveyors to meet project milestones. For Elevations and Mitigation Reconstruction projects, the Contractor will coordinate both with third party inspectors as well as surveyors to obtain under construction and final elevation certificates.
