Contractor shall provide audit services for the San Diego County Air Pollution Control District (SDAPCD or District) located at 10124 Old Grove Road, San Diego, CA 92131. Audit services include but are not limited to preparation, review, and submittal of Annual Comprehensive Financial Report/financial transaction report (ACFR), Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA), Special District Financial Transactions Report, Single Audit Reports, identifying recommendations related to audit findings, and communication with Governing Board. Single Audit shall include but not limited to federal expenditures for District operations, air quality monitoring, Incentive Program, Permit Program, and any other programs as required or requested by APCD. Contractor shall coordinate with the County of San Diego’s (County) Auditor & Controller (A&C) an/or San Diego County Employees Retirement Association (SDCERA) Department when necessary to obtain any documents or information needed to complete any necessary, required, and/or requested audits.
