Scope of Work: Bid 1 - Initial cleanup and mowing of the entire fenced areas around the lagoons and treatment facilities to include the removal of all brush, vines, and trees No debris (limbs, chips, etc.) is allowed in the lagoons/facilities Vegetation can be mowed, cut down, and/or mulched. Limited brush piles may be created as agreed upon with Adam Daniel, and only if space allows for them to not be in the way of facility access and maintenance Soil surface should be protected at all times (no digging). Trees growing within 2' of fencelines will be left; Bid 1 shall also include a broadleaf herbicide treatment to include immediate stump treatments on trees over 2" at the time of cutting and then a spraying of the entire area to kill any regrowth (to be done within 2 months of initial cleanup). NON SELECTIVE HERBICIDES SUCH AS ROUND-UP OR ANY KIND OF SOIL STERILANTS SHALL NOT BE USED; Bid 2-Annual Grounds Maintenance for the 2025 and 2026 growing seasons to include: 4 Mowings - at 4"- 6", as needed between April 1st and November 1st. Broadleaf spot spraying as needed to prevent brush and trees *Bids may be given on Bid 1, 2, or both. *Bidder(s) must be licensed and insured.
