The City of Panama City Beach (herein called the “City”) is soliciting bids for the Front Beach Road Offshore Outfall Project (herein called the “Offshore Outfall Project”). This project includes the construction of approximately 1,500 linear feet of double 84” PCCP outfall pipe into the Gulf of Mexico. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the project. This project is being supported with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Community Development Block Grant, Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funding under the Florida Department of Commerce, agreement M0008. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements, outlined in Appendix I: Federal Funding Requirements, apply to this opportunity.
