Replace End-of-Life Hardware: Replace all existing CPE hardware components, including servers, workstations, monitors, and peripherals, to ensure continued system reliability and meet 99.999% uptime requirements. Maintain or Upgrade Software: Renew the existing SolaCom Guardian software licenses and maintenance agreement or implement a comparable replacement solution that meets or exceeds current functionality. Ensure Seamless Transition: Migrate all existing data and configurations to the new system with zero disruption to DESC operations. Provide Ongoing Support: Establish a comprehensive support agreement that includes system monitoring, preventative maintenance, and Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support. Managed Detection and Response (MDR): Provide an MDR solution for all workstations and servers, preferably utilizing different MDR vendors for the Concord and Laconia PSAPs.
