Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform roadway crack sealing services at the State of NH campus around 105 Pleasant Street in Concord, NH; The awarded Vendor shall also be responsible for repainting lines as applicable. All services performed under this Contract(s) shall be performed between the hours of 5:00 PM through 6:00 AM Monday through Friday or any time on weekends, unless other arrangements are made in advance with the State. Any deviation in work hours shall be preapproved by the Contracting Officer. The State requires ten-day advance knowledge of said work schedules. Vendor shall provide the following at a minimum: Apply approximately 10,200 lbs of hot rubber crack sealant. Clean cracks of plant matter, dirt, and debris. Torch moisture out of cracks using a compressed air propane hot air lance if needed. Seal primary cracks over 1/2”, joints, and around failed areas to contain deterioration with commercial grade hot rubber material. Broadcast black beauty sand over hot rubber to permit safe vehicle travel.
