The vendor shall provide Investment Management Services, which meets or exceeds the specifications contained in this document. • Managing County investments on a discretionary basis in accordance with the County’s Investment Policy and applicable law. • Providing strategic advice on investment strategy, asset allocation, market trends, interest rate outlooks, and risk management. • Ensuring full compliance with https://www.claycountymo.gov/DocumentCenter/View/2146/AdoptedPolicies-10-24-24 • Delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports including benchmark comparisons. • Assisting with updates to the County’s Investment Policy and related procedures. • Participating in meetings with the County’s finance staff, Treasurer, and/or Administrator as requested. • Maintaining appropriate custodial arrangements (if applicable) or working with a third-party custodian.
