The supplier will provide a HVAC master mechanic, mechanical helpers, fume hood technicians and controls technicians who are qualified to work on all phases of HVAC maintenance as described in Section 1 to LSU Facility Services. Work to be performed shall primarily be maintenance type work and minor construction. The HVAC master mechanic, mechanical helpers, fume hood technicians and controls technicians are to be furnished on an as needed basis and are to work under the supervision of Facility Services. Facility Services will make daily work assignments, inspect work, coordinate work with other University personnel, and check time slips of hours worked to be turned in daily by the HVAC crew. The supplier shall have at least one master Mechanic and fume hood technician available for LSU work at all times.
