The County has two locations of established hay crop available for harvest. The producer is responsible of the cutting and removal of hay from each location. All baled hay must be removed by October 1st. In the event that the producer is unable to process the hay from the locations they are responsible for the cutting/brush hogging all acreage at contracted locations by September 1st . The use of fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides must be pre-approved by the County. The awardee(s) are prohibited from tilling or planting the fields. The County will make award on each location separately, respondents are not required to quote on both locations. The lease payment needs to be paid at the time of signing of the lease agreement.
