PFIP Caltrans Management Assistance o Provide guidance on PFIP compliance requirements. o Support the District in managing interactions with Caltrans. o Ensure adherence to relevant state and federal regulations. 2. Scope Change Documentation Development o Assist in drafting and maintaining documentation for any scope changes. o Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure all modifications align with PFIP and Caltrans requirements. o Work with Caltrans and CalSTA to facilitate and document scope changes. o Provide reports and analysis on the impact of scope changes. 3. Project Advisory Services o Offer strategic advisory services to support project execution. o Provide expertise on regulatory requirements and project best practices. o Assist in coordinating with Caltrans, CalSTA, and other regulatory bodies as needed.
