RLOA is seeking a South Carolina Certified and Licensed Speech Language Therapist/Pathologist to provide students in need of intervention and serve students identified with a disability. The South Carolina Certified and Licensed Speech Language Therapist/Pathologist would work on a contracted basis, and will be expected to provide up to 25 hours per week of service during the school year. South Carolina Certified and Licensed Speech Language Therapist/Pathologist will provide the following scope of services: Essential Functions: • Diagnostic screening for referred students; • Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI); Multitiered Systems of Support • Evaluations of referred students; • Conduct and complete Speech Language reports as per South Carolina guidelines; • Assist in the development of compliant Individualized Education Programs (IEP’s); • Consultations with teachers, staff, school psychologists, related services personnel and parents; • Provide speech and language therapy services to identified students per IDEA; • Make recommendations to the Special Education Director as it relates to specific equipment/materials needed to deliver services to students...
