Remove existing boiler, circulator pumps, manifolds, expansion tank, and all associated pipes need to install new gas-fired boiler. Please include wiring needed to complete project. Please include any piping to connect to existing pipe. Clean area after all equipment has been removed. Dispose all materials removed, no material shall be left behind on site. Supply and install one (1) Weil-McLane oil-fired boiler with burners or similar unit approved by Town of Winchester. Boiler should be no less than 500k Btu/Hr. Boiler to have outside temperature sensor. Quarter turn ball valves shall be used above and below circulators. At least one (1) purge valve shall be installed on each zone. Supply and install appropriate number of circulators with built in check valve. Install zone control panel for circulators. Supply and install low water cut off, automatic water feeder, and back flow preventer for boiler. Supply and install air scoop and expansion tank. Supply and install appropriate number of digital thermostats with temperature limiting control. Supply and install fuel line from existing gas line to boilers. Supply and install draft regulator and smoke pipe. List any additional work recommended.
