Contractor shall provide all required equipment, supplies, materials, and labor needed to complete the following: Demo: A. Contractor will demo and remove all cabinets in apartment. Remove from site and dispose of in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Install: A. Contractor shall install all Kitchen and/or Bathroom cabinets, as per agreed to design. B. Contractor is to supply all time and materials C. Contractor will install 5/8” plywood for the underlayment in preparation for countertop installation. Countertops are not included in this scope of work. D. This service will be performed at various locations. See roster list. E. All services provided shall be performed in compliance with all rules, regulations and requirements of authorities having jurisdiction.
