This software will provide access to real-time compensation data, market trends, and LES internal employee data all in one place. Benchmark data that compares LES’ compensation practices against competitors and industry standards. Provides benchmarked data that is easily accessible by local, regional, and national data, including executive level compensation. Seamlessly integrates with HRIS and other relevant systems; specifically, to SAP and SuccessFactors. Allows for automated incoming data from SAP/SuccessFactors system. Supports the ability for comprehensive pay equity analytics that can identify, and address potential pay disparities to ensure fairness and equity. Provides the ability to make quick adjustments to compensation plans based on real-time data. Supports strategies to make adjustments for employees whose positions have shifted outside of their current pay grade.
