Vendor shall administer a program to provide periodic drug screening test services to licensees and applicants (“participants”) who are required by IDFPR to undergo toxicology testing pursuant to IDFPR Orders or Agreements or at the request of IDFPR. Vendor shall report the results and other pertinent information to IDFPR. Vendor shall report, within 24 hours, all positive, altered, or non-conforming test results via email to FPR.DPRProbations@illinois.gov. Vendor shall have the capacity to administer more than 1,500 tests per year and have the availability to administer tests throughout the entire State of Illinois. Unless otherwise requested by IDFPR, all standard and comprehensive tests required and administered by the Vendor shall be a Urine Drug Screening (“UDS”). A Standard 6-Panel UDS (“Standard Panel”) checks for recent exposure to amphetamines, benzodiazepines, marijuana, cocaine, certain opiates, and oxycodone.
