Services Provided in Preventative Maintenance Program include at minimum: • Preventative Maintenance- To be performed per Manufacturer’s recommendations • Equipment Adjustments- Adjust equipment per Manufacturer’s specifications and Contractor’s experience for most efficient and effective operation possible. • Report- provide a report for each inspection to Lexington Four Chief Operations Officer • Belt Change – Change belts on Air-handlers as needed • Filter Change – Change filters quarterly with pleated filters • Supplies/Materials/Tools – provide all supplies/materials/tools required to perform the preventative maintenance, service, and inspections needed • Documentation – Provide Lexington Four with a preventative maintenance/service sheet for each piece of equipment inspected to include the name of equipment, Manufacturer, model/serial #, date inspected, pm/service performed, and date performed. • Inventory of Equipment – Maintain the equipment listed on the Inventory of Equipment documents
