The implementation of the Project will, in turn, provide the following: 1) Improve customer relations and service 2) Reduce manual processes and increase productivity 3) Improve internal processes by automating routine tasks 4) Reduce paper-based workflows 5) Improve integration with other systems 6) Select and implement a vendor supportable solution 7) Improve citizens’ and the public’s ability to interact and do business with the City 8) Take advantage of newer technology and 9) Enhance transparency, reporting capabilities and provide vendors with visibility into the status of the City’s bids
