1. Minimal selective demolition of asphaltic paving as indicated. 2. Construction of one 11,550 sq.ft. single story, pre-engineered metal building subdivided into 8 nested-T hangar units and two support spaces. Exterior walls and roof to be prefinished corrugated metal panels. Each hangar unit will have a motor-operated vertical bifold door with integral swinging man door. 3. Sitework includes new concrete apron surfaces abutting the building and new electrical. 4. Removal of debris and turning over to the Owner a complete operating facility. 5. Construction and connecting of utilities and paying of fees, permits, and inspection of services in these connections. 6. Grading (rough and finish) and earthwork related to the building foundation. 7. Top soiling, fertilizing, seeding and mulching of areas affected by construction activities. 8. Work included in paragraphs included herewith and in any section of specifications shall not in any way limit responsibility of Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the contract documents.
