The following items would be recycled: Covered Electronics- desktop or personal computer, computer monitor, portable computer, desktop printer, desktop fax machine, or televisions. Awarded Company will provide the following: • Pickup of all materials mixed together from container provided by vendor. • All materials to be placed in gaylord boxes inside container. • Pickup of material at 1 Old Bridge Plaza. Hours- Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. • Pickup within 72 hours of notification. • Provide two enclosed containers for collection of material, the floor of the container should be no more than 1 foot off the ground. • Provide written tonnage to Recycling Coordinator. • Provide e-stewards & R2 recycling and processing on all electronics items. • Provide an accepted and non-accepted list of items to Old Bridge. • Vendor to provide gaylords to better sort the electronic items collected. Old Bridge would provide the following: • Designate and maintain a complete permanent collection site. • Provide promotion and advertising to the public. • Provide education to staff on prevention of collection of non-accepted items. • ALL CONSUMER ELECTRONICS WILL BE MIXED IN CONTAINERS - OLD BRIDGE WILL NOT SEPARATE MATERIALS.
