1.1 • Unit must combine a hydraulic valve exerciser with data capture, high-pressure water system, and vacuum excavation capabilities in one integrated trailer system. 1.2 • All major components (engine, water pump, vacuum blower, and valve exerciser) must be powered by a single, gasoline or diesel engine with electric start and automatic throttle control. 1.3 • Trailer unit shall include a mounted lockable toolbox, LED lighting, DOT-compliant trailer lighting, and safety strobe lights for roadside operation. 1.4 • The system must have a computerized data logger for GPS mapping and torque recording to aid in asset management. 2.1 • Framework must include powder-coated steel with minimum 10-gauge thickness and corrosion-resistant finish rated for harsh environments and road salt exposure. 2.2 • A hydraulic-powered articulating valve exerciser arm with telescoping boom (minimum 13 ft reach) capable of delivering a minimum of 1,000 ft-lbs of torque shall be mounted securely to the frame.
