Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The contractor will provide a turnkey system ready for immediate use. • All lifting and means of movement, including but not limited to, cranes, rigging, gantries, shall be the responsibility of the contractor to provide and perform. • All lifts will need to be coordinated with the facility and the County representative prior to lift. A Minimum of one weeks’ notice will be given to coordinate. • A lift plan shall be required prior to crane lifts. This plan will be submitted to Risk Management for approval. • Protect all building surfaces from damage. Any damage and all costs associated with repairs to damaged surfaces will be the contractor’s responsibility to pay. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to disconnect, isolate and make safe existing units for removal/demolition, including but not limited to mechanical, HVAC, electrical, controls or ancillary systems connected to the units being replaced. Means of isolation will meet current industry standards and codes.
