1. Invasive and Exotic (nonnative) Tree and Plant Removal: • Grub and clear invasives from all four areas. • Remove exotic/invasive trees, stumps, and roots. • Remove and dispose of all debris off-site. • Grade all areas for proper slope and drainage. • Provide drone area videos before, during, and after. 2. Tree Inventory & Arborist Report Conduct the tree inventory and survey of all existing native trees within the 4 study areas, totaling 74.8 acres within Pompano Air Park. Prepare a tree inventory survey of all native trees. Assist the Client with the tree mitigation plan to offset any tree removal proposed in the four areas. Provide an individual price for the tree survey and arborist report for each of the 4 areas. 3. Threatened & Endangered Species Assessment Conduct a site investigation and agency file/map review of the subject properties to determine the presence or absence of threatened or endangered species and/or threatened or endangered species habitat on the subject property. Stake and flag locations of burrows found onsite at the time of inspection and obtain GPS locations. Prepare a report of findings for submittal to the Client and the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FFWCC). Provide an individual price for the Threatened and Endangered Species Assessment for each of the 4 areas. 4. Threatened & Endangered Species Permit Processing Prepare and process imperiled species permit application to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FFWCC) for approval, including all necessary exhibits to relocate or remove nests or burrows onsite in the 4 study areas. Process permit applications with the FFWCC and coordinate inspection with FFWCC staff. Coordinate with Client to either relocate any active burrowing or nest sites onsite or to pay mitigation fee as required by FFWCC. Provide an individual price for the Threatened and Endangered Species Permit Processing for each of the 4 areas.
