Under this continuing supply agreement, the awarded contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to manufacture, deliver, and, if needed, install signage for Leon County Government. Work may include, but is not limited to: • Interior Signage: Room identification plaques, directional signs, informational or branding panels, wallmounted displays, and wayfinding elements within County facilities. • Exterior Signage: Building identification signs, entrance markers, directional/parking signage, informational kiosks, and similar public-facing signage for outdoor use. • Customization and Branding: Ensuring all signage adheres to County branding guidelines and any relevant design standards, including color, layout, typography, logos, and other aesthetic requirements. • Production and Fabrication: Using quality materials suited for the specific location and expected longevity of each sign—e.g., weather-resistant materials for outdoor signage, non-glare coverings for interior areas, etc. • Delivery and/or Installation: Providing timely delivery to project sites, along with proper installation methods consistent with applicable codes and best practices (e.g., safe mounting hardware, compliance with ADA or other regulatory requirements). Services will be performed in response to individual work requests issued by the County. Each request will outline the scope, purpose, design specifications (e.g., dimension, material, color, mounting method), and required schedule.
