The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for servicing and repair of the electrical equipment. Work shall be done in compliance with the MA Electrical codes. Contractor must be able to provide diagnostic services; emergency services that will stabilize the situation; preventative maintenance, and minor repairs of the electrical equipment. Electrical equipment includes, but not limited to: • Breakers • Outlets, switches, light fixtures & GFI’s • Range hoods, exhaust fans • Alarm system testing and repair • Hard wired smoke and CO detectors test and replace. • Electrical testing and part replacement on boiler and water heating systems • Electrical testing and repair on automated door • Exterior lighting on building and light poles along with timers, and photocells • Building communication system and door entry buzzer system • Wire mold installation and repair • Building Backup generator
