The selected vendor will provide certification assistance and outreach services to businesses pursuing Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification with the Agency, specifically within IDOT Districts 7 through 9. All proposed hourly rates must be fully loaded. This means the total cost per hour for each labor category must include all associated expenses, including but not limited to: salary, benefits, insurance, overhead, travel, equipment, training materials, and any other related costs This solicitation is for a firm-fixed-price contract. No economic price adjustments shall be accepted. Prices submitted shall be fixed for the term of the contract and not subject to revision due to cost or market fluctuations.
