1.) Alabama Public Television (APT) owns a 1-acre tract of property located outside the city limits of Winfield (Fayette County) Alabama. There is an existing 20x30 building (vacant) and a 200-foot tower on the property. There are trees and overgrowth around the building that need clearing, along with clearing out approximately 30 feet of right-of-way along each of the three (3) tower guy wire paths. Just under one (1) acre of trees will need to be cut and removed from the property, along with clearing the guy wire paths. 2.) The cattle crossing gate at driveway entrance along 510 County Road 54 will need to be removed and disposed of (hauled away) and an 18-inch x 40-foot culvert will need to be installed, and driveway entrance dressed to cover the culvert. There are also about 20-feet of bushes/undergrowth at the driveway entrance that will need to be cleared. 3.) Approximately three (3) dump truck loads of size 57-gravel will need to be spread for 25-feet of driveway leading into the site. 4.) An approximately 75-foot x 75-foot parking lot dirt leveled and graveled in front of the existing building.
