Add Alternate No. 1 – Remove and Replace Existing Sloped Roof System: Provide a Add alternate price to remove the existing SBS roof system all the way down to the existing core plank roof structure on the sloped roof area of the building. The existing roof system shall be replaced with new R-25 insulation, cover board and a new 60 mil PVC roofing system. Refer to the construction documents. ; Unit Price No. 1 – Unsuitable Material: Removal and dispose of existing 2x4 wood blocking, to be replaced with new pressure treated wood blocking.
